A big HELLO to the reader. Vinit Ravindra Lotlikar here from Goa. I am a wedding and travel photographer. I like to shoot people as well as capture all that natures has to offer. Born on 24th April 1989, I started dreaming about capturing moments and beauty in frame since 2008. 
It all started when my dad was transferred to Dehradun, giving me a lot of opportunities to travel different places which piqued my interest in traveling. 
Being a Physics graduate, I hold a master's degree in Marine Sciences, specializing in Physical Oceanography from Goa University which gave me a unique opportunity to explore the estuaries of Goa and our ocean. I didn't want to stop there, my dream was to travel where no common man could easily get. This dream came to life with my new job at National Centre for Antarctic and Ocean Research, Goa. Through this organization, I got to be part of Indian Scientific Expeditions to Antarctica as a summer member from December to April in 2015-2016, 2016-2017, and 2017-2018. The different landscapes, magnificent icebergs, and the biodiversity this continent has to offer are beyond imagination. The total journey was like a dream which I felt should never end. 
The passion to click photographs which started with a point and shoot camera is burning stronger than ever. Finally, in 2018, I decided to quit my job to pursue my dream, my passion, to have a full-fledged career in photography. I did a diploma course in Digital Studio Portraits and Candid Wedding Photography from the prestigious SHARI Academy of Professional Photography, Mumbai in 2018. I was working with The Third Eye Photography, one of the prominent wedding photography company in Bengaluru, which started as an Internship and went on to be a senior Candid Photographer. Post 2020 I was working with a firm where we had tied up with leading hotels in goa with the likes of The Leela Goa, Taj Exotica Resorts and Spa-Benaulim, Taj Holiday Village resort and Spa-Sinquerim, Grand Hyatt-Bambolim, Novotel Resort and Spa-Candolim to be named where we used to shoot hotel guests for holiday shoots and special occasions.
One of the proudest moment for me apart from representing India at Antarctica was when my photo won 2nd consolation prize and couple of more shots were selected in the best 50 shots at the State Level Photography contest on the occasion of World Environment Day organized by the Photo Journalist Association of Goa in association with the Directorate of Environment, Government of Goa in 2016.
